green leaf, oak leaf and/or romaine lettuce

grated carrot

lemon juice

local, extra virgin olive oil (I like Tiber Canyon Ranch, Olea Farm, and Wind Dance Farm)


Just arrange lettuces and grated carrot beautifully in a bowl, then drizzle lemon juice and olive oil on top – quick as a snap!
