Clark Valley Farm, located between San Luis Obispo and Los Osos in the southern shadow of Hollister Peak, is committed to practicing sustainable agricultural techniques that are used to provide the local community with fresh, certified organic produce at a low cost. The produce you will find varies greatly at Clark Valley Farm. Not only does Clark Valley Farm want to offer its customers a wide variety of nature's best fruits, vegetables and herbs, but CVF also wants to feed the soil and the beneficial insects. By varying the crops within a field, CVF is able to reduce the possibility of pests and diseases that could potentially wipe out the farm's crops. Clark Valley Farm is also dedicated to pleasing its CSA members. Given advanced notice, Clark Valley Farm will try to grow any organic vegetables customers may desire.
