The Mission of Palette to Palate is to bring consumer awareness to
the small farmer. This will be accomplished by featuring the farmers
products direct to consumer though seminars, tastings and tourist
outreach.
Palette to Palate will introduce small farmers to local restaurants and help facilitate a working relationship that is mutually productive and financially rewarding.
Palette to Palate will
aid in the networking of growers and promote community supported
agriculture (CSA) programs.
Ticket information to include pricing, contact information, speaker bios and seminar details to follow after the next scheduled BOD meeting, March 3rd. This will also be the launch of the P2P website.
